I've broken a leaf on my passenger and drivers side packs, pretty sure the others could be cracked, just curious how hard a pack swap would be. Got a guy parting out his 2007 Taco (mostly stock TRD Offroad) and he'd let me have his packs for $250. This sound like a good price? I haven't messed with leaf packs much but it seems pretty simple

Hello and welcome.

Leafs should be pretty easy, especially if you can get new bolts.  I would highly recommend getting new u-bolts.  Even if they only have a couple hundred miles on them they have still been stretched a little.

Yep, new bolts and U-bolts, there cheap and makes the swap easier not to mention that they stretch at the very moment that you tighten them down.  Taco's are known for breaking springs.
